Device Activation Instructions for the Global X Platform
Request IMEI release from your current network. Contact your current carrier/network and say something like:
“I am requesting the release of my IMEI: [enter IMEI] for my device named [device name/model] from [current network name] so I can move it to Global X.”
Wait for confirmation.Your current network must confirm that the IMEI has been released/unlocked from their system.
Email Global X. Once you receive the confirmation, forward that email (or send a screenshot/proof of release) to: admin@globalxpoc.com
Global X completes the process. After you’ve sent proof of release, Global X will port your device onto our platform.
