Return Policy

You must contact us by emailing customer support at admin@globalx.com before returning any order.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval and a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number may not be eligible for a full or partial refund.

A customer service representative will issue your RMA number after verifying your request.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your equipment or service order, Global X offers a 14-day return policy. Except for products/services detailed under "Equipment Return Terms," returned items are eligible for a refund minus any shipping charges.

Equipment Return Terms

  • All products must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
  • Items will be inspected upon receipt. If any product is scratched, dirty, missing parts, or shows signs of use, the total refund may be reduced or denied.
  • Lifetime SIMs are not eligible for replacement or refund if the seal is broken on the radio.

Loss or Damage to Equipment

By accepting delivery of Global X equipment, you assume full responsibility for its protection and safekeeping. In the event of loss, damage, or destruction, you agree to reimburse Global X for the replacement cost.

Shipping Terms

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable, as Global X cannot guarantee service performance in every location.
  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing items, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so may void eligibility for replacement.

Address Correction / Redirect Fee

If your package must be redirected or corrected after shipping (due to incorrect address or customer request), a non-refundable $20 redirect fee will be charged.

Refused Shipments

  • Any refused shipment will incur a $30 restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.
  • If your order included free accessories, these must also be returned. If not returned, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.

Defective Equipment

  • Devices reported defective within 90 days of purchase may be eligible for replacement, pending approval by a Global X technical support representative.
  • Devices beyond 90 days are no longer covered and may require a replacement purchase.
  • Equipment damaged by physical impact, water, or lightning is not covered and will be subject to the full replacement cost.

Global X-SIM Policy

Authorized Radios Only

Unauthorized Device Warning

Using this SIM in an unauthorized device will permanently DISABLE THE SIM.

Disabled SIMs cannot be restored.

The Global X-SIM must only be used in radios that are:

  • Approved by Global X
  • Properly Configured
  • Running compatible Firmware

Reminder: Lifetime SIMs are not eligible for replacement or refund if the seal is broken on the radio.

Important: If your Lifetime SIM becomes disabled due to unauthorized use, the lifetime subscription associated with that SIM is permanently lost. To regain lifetime service, you will need to purchase a new radio that includes a Lifetime SIM.

Service Termination

  • You may cancel your service at any time by text or email confirmation. However, Global X does not provide prorated refunds for unused service time.
  • Global X reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account within 48 hours of non-payment or any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Service may be terminated with or without prior notice.
