By purchasing hardware from Global X or downloading our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We take chargebacks very seriously. A chargeback is a form of payment dispute that should only be used for unauthorized transactions.
If a customer receives a voluntary refund from Global X and subsequently files a chargeback for the same transaction, this will be flagged as fraudulent activity.

The Global X App is designed to work with Global X hardware. While the app is a separate purchase, access to the software ecosystem is a privilege contingent upon the user remaining in good standing with the company regarding all financial transactions.
Global X is not responsible for any communication failures or safety issues arising from the use of our walkie-talkies or app in emergency situations. Use is at your own risk.
Notice: We reserve the right to suspend any and all services associated with an account if any transaction is disputed or flagged for fraudulent activity.
